Calvin & Hobbes done by Joel Huff at Good Family Tattoo in Lake Villa, IL
Second part to my Poe inspired tattoo. Done at Fyre Body Arts in Perkasie, PA.
I got this tattoo done at Imperial Tattoo in Rib Moutain, WI by Tim. He did an AMAZING job with everything, especially the color work. It was my first tattoo and the shop was so comfortable and all the guys were friendly, not to mention hilarious! I am totally going to him for all of my future tattoos and would recommend him and the shop to anyone!
T5his is my biggest, newest, & most favorite of all 5 of my tattoos. I got this on July 4th, 2012 by Angel at Body Effects in Bradenton, FL. (Where I got all of my work done so far by Angel).
I got this because of my love for The Lion King. I’ve loved the movie ever since I was little. I still watch it all the time at 20 years old & I will never get tired of it. It took about 3 hours to finish. I could not be more in love with it!!
This is dedicated to my son, Radlee Atticus Heikkila. Done by Wayne Forrest at Screaming Ink in Spokane, WA
“Forbidden Fruit” piece by James Hogan
Cool. Interesting colors, confident lines and shapes, bold lines. A little cartoonish to feel very “forbidden” but that’s probably just the style. Not really sure how much else there is to say…
nice concept. bad execution. come on… look at that tree.
look at the hand, wtf happened there D: anatomy basics missing
TRUE. That pinky finger. Look at the lines too.
I love when you guys get picky hahaha it was a short critique because I don’t think it’s a thrilling piece at all, so I pretty much agree with ya’ll. I just don’t feel the need to say everything in every single critique.
HOWEVER: I don’t think it was trying to be anatomically correct: it’s a blue hand with bring pink nails. The weirdness is part of the style.. a style which isn’t very exciting.
